Mike Myers had a ball working with Jessica Alba and Verne Troyer, his co-stars in upcoming new comedy movie The Love Guru.

"I knew that Jessica was talented," he told Extra. "She came to play and she knocked it out of the park. She's convincing, hilarious, beautiful - everything you would want in a co-star, and a joy to work with. It was like a party every day."

Jessica plays Jane Bullard, whose family owns an ice hockey team, but calls in a "love guru" (Myers) to sort out the marital problems of one of the players.

Also starring in the film is Verne Troyer, who appeared alongside Mike as Mini Me in the Austin Powers films.

"He's a good actor and the world is his oyster in terms of just acting," said Mike. "He has so many songs to sing. I count him as a very close friend and a really great artist."
